Pass vs shop — do not mix the crews
Epic split the One Piece collab on purpose:
| Where | Who Epic named |
|---|---|
| Treasure Hunters Battle Pass | Portgas D. Ace, Nico Robin, plus anime looks for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader, and Charlotte |
| Item Shop | Luffy, Nami, Usopp at launch; later A$AP Rocky, Zoro, Sanji, Chopper Sidekick, Lil Uzi Vert, Buggy, Kasane Teto, Cap'n Hatsune Miku |
If a thumbnail says “free Luffy on the pass,” it is wrong. Epic’s 30 Oct post puts Luffy / Nami / Usopp in the Shop section.
Last reviewed: 1 November 2026. Price explainer (still 800 V-Bucks unless your client shows otherwise): how much is the Battle Pass. Live tiles: Item Shop. Season hub: Treasure Hunters.
Epic’s Battle Pass page on launch day said the normal Battle Pass returns next season and pointed at the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass, live now. Confirm the Passes tab for page count — we are not inventing a 200-level table from a recap screenshot.
What the pass actually contains (Epic’s words)
- Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin are the named One Piece pass outfits.
- New anime styles for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader, and Charlotte.
- Gift the Battle Pass to a friend and you both receive a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader Outfit style.
- Recap pass cards also name Ms. All Sunday as the Nico Robin unlock label, Buccaneer Brigand Jones, Kawaii Team Leader, and Captain X on weekly quests. If your client uses those row names, trust the client. We will not build a level-by-level table until Epic prints one.
Pirate Shop Access does not buy the pass. Epic’s MOTD excludes Battle Pass levels / rewards from the 14-day free shop. Pirate Shop rules.
Override unclaimed nodes did not carry. If you still needed Null / Jack-a-Nape / the old pass, that window closed with v43.00.
Shop calendar (Epic, 7 PM ET where they printed a time)
| Date | Shop (Epic) |
|---|---|
| 1 Nov (launch) | Luffy, Nami, Usopp |
| 5 Nov, 7 PM ET | A$AP Rocky |
| 7 Nov | Zoro, Sanji, Chopper Sidekick |
| 12 Nov | Lil Uzi Vert |
| 13 Nov | Buggy |
| 14 Nov | Kasane Teto and Cap'n Hatsune Miku |
Times after 5 Nov are calendar days on fortnite.com, not a guaranteed 00:00 UTC shop flip. The daily shop still rotates around 00:00 UTC (shop reset); collab drops often land at 7 PM ET. Sit on the shop tracker the evening of.
Zoro Cup (6 Nov) and Buggy Cup (13 Nov) can award those outfits to top regional performers plus a Fortnite × One Piece Treasure Box in eligible countries. That is Compete tab, not the shop. Rules: fortnite.com/competitive and the in-game Compete screen.
How to finish the pass (same grind, new island)
- Weekly quests on reset day — including whatever Captain X / Treasure tab weeklies the client shows.
- Sprite Mastery pages (new page every week) sit under Treasure, not the cosmetics pass, but they are the other track you should not ignore: Sprite hunt.
- Match XP on the 80-player island. Placement still pays.
- Creative XP until the cap. Codes: /codes.
- Mastery Monday (9 AM ET) is 2× Sprite XP / Dust — useful if Sprite Mastery is the track you are behind on, not a substitute for pass weeklies.
Use the XP calculator with your current level. The model is still ~80k XP per level toward a 100-level-style pass — confirm the live page count. Epic can ship a shorter mini-season pass.
Chapter 7’s end event is dated Saturday, 5 December. That is the calendar Epic told you to keep open. Unclaimed Treasure Hunters pass rewards will not outlive that flip.
Gift trick (the only bonus Epic printed)
If you and a friend both need the pass:
- One of you buys it (800 V-Bucks or Crew).
- Gift the Battle Pass to the other.
- Both receive Dark Kawaii Team Leader.
Gifting still needs the usual Epic gift requirements (how to gift). Pirate Shop cannot gift.
FAQ
Is Luffy on the Battle Pass?
No. Shop, 1 November.
Is Nico Robin / Ace shop or pass?
Pass. Epic named them in the Battle Pass paragraph.
Does Crew include this pass?
Crew includes the live Battle Pass when you subscribe through Epic’s Crew page — not a Discord “discounted Crew.” Crew vs pass.
Will Super Styles exist?
Epic did not print a Super Style page in the 30 Oct / 1 Nov notes. Do not buy 50 tiers on day one for a page that may not exist.
