We read every message we can. Tool bug reports, guide corrections, and map/POI tip updates are especially helpful. Please allow a few days for a reply.
FortniteTools is a solo fan project. If something is wrong on a calculator, the interactive map, or a guide, a short note with the URL is enough — you do not need a formal ticket.
What to include
- The page or tool URL (for example /tools/loadout-builder or /fortnite-map)
- What you expected vs what happened
- Device / browser if it looks like a display bug
- For season or loot questions: whether you are on Battle Royale, Reload, or Zero Build
What we can help with
Corrections to weapon stats, drop guides, season end dates, and broken Creative codes. Feature ideas for existing tools. We do not provide Epic account support, V-Bucks refunds, or ban appeals — those go through Epic’s own help site.
