Fortnite Treasure Hunters (1 Nov) — What Epic Has Actually Posted

The official Fortnite account (@Fortnite) published a short teaser on 24 October 2026 captioned “The greatest adventure of all! 11.1”. The title card reads Treasure Hunters / The Greatest Adventure of All Time (Japanese on the card: トレジャーハンターズ). 11.1 is 1 November — the same calendar day Epic already prints on the Override Battle Pass page.

Hours later the same account posted a second clip captioned with straw-hat emojis. It ends on the Fortnite and One Piece logos together. That is a collab confirmation. It is not a character list, a shop row, or a Battle Pass page.

• This site’s clock uses a UTC placeholder on the countdown. US daylight saving time also ends on 1 November, so “evening of the 31st” vs “1 Nov ET” arguments are timezone math, not two different Epic dates.

When the client is in a queue, use Is Fortnite down? plus Epic’s own status.epicgames.com. Third-party ping maps do not get the queue.

On 13 October 2026, Epic staff on the Unreal Engine forums wrote that a fix was “targeted for v43.00 (November 1)”. That is the update after Override. It is a build number, not a loot table.

v42.40 (15 Oct) is still the last Override content patch: v42.40 notes.

Epic has not published, as of this review:

• Whether Treasure Hunters is a full season or a shorter one (recap blogs calling it a “mini-season” are guessing from past November flips)
• A Chapter 8 date
• Island changes, named POIs, or a loot pool
• A Treasure Hunters Battle Pass track or price
• One Piece outfits, prices, or which page of a pass they sit on
• A downtime hour

A pirate-chest landmark east of Sunken Shores is still scenery on the live map. We will not write a POI guide from a teaser.

None of this carries:

1. Override Battle Pass — unclaimed free-track and paid pages lock. Cost is still 800 V-Bucks (or Crew): how much is the Battle Pass. XP plan: XP calculator.
2. Null ranked styles — Champion / Elite / Unreal. Null guide.
3. Jack-a-Nape — Fortnitemares quests. Free cosmetics.

5. Jimothy — extract a Dumpster Dive Sprite. How-to.
6. Admin Panel lobby codes. Never V-Bucks. Admin Panel.

If you panic-bought V-Bucks or a pass you cannot finish: refunds. If you have a card to burn before downtime: redeem a code.

Epic’s teaser says 11.1. Epic’s Battle Pass page already said Override ends 1 November 2026, Eastern Time. No hour yet. Watch status the morning of.

Not on the teaser. Epic named Treasure Hunters. We will use that name until they print a season number on the Battle Pass page.

The logo pairing on the official Fortnite account is confirmed. Characters, prices, and whether it is shop vs pass are not.

Unclaimed tiers do not. Claimed-but-unopened rewards are a different Epic support case — check the Passes tab before you log off on the 31st.
