Is /sprites a PNG sprite-sheet dump?

No. It is every companion portrait in our Sprite catalog, plus a detail page per Sprite for abilities and how to get them. Texture sheets from pak files are not hosted here.

How do I extract Sprites in Override?

Use Extraction Sites after the first storm, a Portable Extractor, or a Victory Royale auto-extract. The older Runners write-up still covers pad etiquette.
