Why drop here
Wonkeeland is the repeatable ranked drop on Shattered Coast. Contest is usually 1–2 teams, chests are high enough for a full hotbar, and the extract is next to the POI so you can bank Sprites without a two-POI rotate. You trade “lucky mythic” for consistency.
Skip when: Skip the interior if three teams land — it is a death funnel. Skip the drop entirely if you wanted center endgame staging and the bus is already over Frosted Flats; you will still have to rotate inland. Skip it if you are specifically hunting Duck Race mythics (that is harbor / strip).
Bus and landing
Northeast self-contained. Bus over Wonkeeland is still not a harbor stack. Bus from south coast is a long glide — you arrive after the first chests are gone, so land sheds, not the scripted interior.
Pick one interior path (ground-floor chests → stairs → roof) and run it every game. Do not improvise into the neighbor building because you heard a chest. If three teams land, take the outer sheds and leave — fighting the funnel for the last white AR is how you donate LP.
- Solo: the path you practiced. Two minutes, then extract or coast.
- Duo: one interior, one roof watch. Swap if the roof gets tagged. Do not both loot downstairs.
- Sprite farm: chests in POI → nearby extract. That loop is why this drop has a map pin.
Extract
Wonkeeland Extract · Quieter pad
Northeast self-contained loop: Sprite Chests in POI → extract nearby.
Sprites: This is the northeast Sprite loop: loot the landmark, walk to the quieter extract, bank, then decide zone. Do it before you peek Frosted Flats. Cubes in the bag beat one more chest when a late rotate from Latte shows up.
Third parties
Northeast is self-contained until someone rotates from Latte Landing (coast) or Frosted Flats (inland). You hear shots from the flats, you do not peek that skyline — you finish loot and extract or take the coast south. Third parties arrive late here. Overstaying is the actual risk, not the first fight.
Nearby POIs
South along the coast: Latte Landing. Inland west: Frosted Flats / Zero Point. North: snow edge toward Lifty. Golden Grove is the midpoint on a long south rotate — do not take a full team there unless you have height.
Rotate paths
Zone center / flats
Short rotate inland. Hit extract first if you have cubes. Arrive at Frosted Flats with shields. The team that lands woods and W-keys you on the skyline wins if you peek broke.
Zone south
Long rotate. Need a car or Sliders. Golden Grove is the midpoint — pre-aim the overlook, do not sprint the street. Heatwave after that is a hot POI; only continue if storm forces it.
Zone snow / lodge
North along the edge. Lower contest than cutting through Battlewoods. Lodge zipline is the leave once you have loot.
Leave when
Loadout complete, or a second team is still in the POI after about 90 seconds, or you already banked Sprites and zone is inland. Consistency beats one more chest.
Loadout
You can afford to look for Extending Focus + an AR (Surgical Burst or Warforged). This is not a W-key spawn — pick the shotgun you actually hit with. Heals + one mobility before you start the flats rotate.
Zero Build: The interior funnel is worse in Zero Build. Play sheds and roof angles. If two teams commit inside, leave — you cannot box the stair.

FAQ
Why drop Wonkeeland every game?
One building script, quieter extract, Sprite-chest loop, and usually 1–2 teams instead of a harbor stack. That consistency is why it is a ranked default on this island.
When should I leave Wonkeeland?
When the hotbar is full or a second team is still in the POI after about 90 seconds. Overstaying is the risk here — third parties arrive late from Latte and the flats.
Is Wonkeeland good for Sprites?
Yes. Chests in the landmark then the nearby quieter extract is the northeast loop. Bank before you peek Frosted Flats.
